Thriving Through Change

The Thriving Through Change Program has been designed recently to assist Individual Contributors to navigate change skillfully. The program is conducted online, with six core and six optional modules undertaken over 3 – 4 months and featuring a live webinar experience at the program mid-point, focused on gaining feedback into personal change handling styles.

The program commences with an overview video and pre-work, including completion of the Change Style Indicator feedback tool from Multi Health Systems, together with the opportunity to download an interactive PDF Learning Journal to support reflections throughout the program. Each core and optional module features bespoke video content, articles, experiments, reflective questions and tool applications, requiring between 60 – 90 minutes to complete either in one or multiple sittings.

The modules include:

  • Gearing up for change

  • Understanding psychological transitions

  • Managing unconscious (implicit biases)

  • Breaking the habit cycle

  • Change handling styles (including a live webinar experience)

  • Managing immunity to change

  • Embracing change (adopting an optimistic frame)

  • Resiliency during change

  • Collaborating during change

  • Influencing others

  • Innovating during change

  • Avoiding career derailment during change

Participants may anticipate a number of learning outcomes from attendance and participation in the program:

  • Understand how to set yourself up to succeed in change

  • Know how you respond to change by preference and how you contribute to the change process

  • How to take yourself and others through transition and the process of letting go

  • How to be aware of an mitigate your unconscious (implicit) biases

  • How to identify habits that no longer serve you and develop powerful new habits

  • How to manage immunity to change, to set goals that are sustainable in change

The program is housed within our bespoke online learning platform, with the content and workshop facilitated by Paul Mills, who has designed and delivered leadership programs for well over 27 years, delivering on four continents to leaders at all levels. You may anticipate a fast-moving workshop experience, with a focus on practical tools and knowledge to support successful change leadership.
