Leading Change

The Leading Change Program has been designed to support leaders at all levels to introduce and embed change initiatives. The program features a blended learning approach comprising 5 core and 2 optional online modules (60 – 90 minutes each), a 2-day face to face workshop, and activities designed to facilitate experiments and embed learning at work. The workshop is highly experiential, with participants gaining access to three feedback tools designed to elevate self-awareness and understanding of impact, testing the change readiness of the team, as well as appreciating how others may see them during high levels of change. These include the Change Style Indicator, QO2 Opportunity-Obstacle Profile and the Change Readiness Surveys.

The online learning modules focus on topics that include:

  • Influencing others during change

  • Collaborating effectively

  • Managing your unconscious (implicit) biases

  • Communicating change

  • Developing your social awareness

  • Challenging habits that no longer serve you or others

  • Resiliency during change

Participants may anticipate a number of learning outcomes from attendance and participation in the program:

  • Enhanced self-awareness and understanding of impact on others, including how others may see you during periods of significant change

  • A tool kit to lead change, including taking team members through transition and preparing your team to be change ready

  • An appreciation for how you can challenge habits that no longer serve you to develop better habits for the future

  • How to influence change through trust and an awareness of your personal currencies

  • How to set personal change goals that are more likely to succeed for yourself and in conjunction with others

The program is housed within our bespoke online learning platform, with the content and workshop facilitated by Paul Mills, who has designed and delivered leadership programs for well over 27 years, delivering on four continents to leaders at all levels. You may anticipate a fast-moving workshop experience, with a focus on practical tools and knowledge to support successful change leadership.
