Privacy and Security

Paul Mills Consulting Pty Ltd (“PMC”), hereafter referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”) is a provider of services including leadership development programs, executive coaching, consultancy and data analysis services, third party psychometric assessment (Assessments), and reporting services (collectively, the Services).

We respect the privacy rights of all persons. Specifically, we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect, use, disclose and process in connection with the provision of our Services to our clients (Clients) with whom we have entered into a Letter of Agreement (LOA).

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) which govern how we collect, use, disclose and process Data Subject Personal Information. Specific privacy laws may also apply to personal information and data subjects in certain jurisdictions.

In connection with the provision of our Services under the Services Agreement, we may collect personal information from the following parties:

(a) persons who access our websites and any related service, applications or tools (collectively, our third party Learning Platform, “Thinkific”) and interact with us;

(b) our Clients;

(d) persons who work for our Clients or with Respondents in connection with our Services, data subjects and Profiles (Accredited Practitioners);

(e) persons authorised by our Clients to access the Platform and use our Services (Authorised Users); and

(f) Authorised Users who have administrative access on the Platform (Administrators).
