Paul Mills has worked with thousands of leaders around the world, designing and delivering programs in leadership, strategy and change.

Over 27 years, and working on four continents, Paul develops a deep understanding of his clients and their opportunities and challenges during disruption. Paul consults to leading Business Schools, as well as organisations in the private, public and for-purpose sectors. He is an Expert Presenter and Facilitator, working at all levels of leadership including executive teams. Paul is driven to see behaviour change and capability growth in his clients, advancing inclusive and diverse cultures to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. Paul started his career in financial services and maintains many clients within that sector. He has also worked extensively in media, construction and services and food manufacturing, as well as in the energy space.

Paul has strong capabilities in digital design and asset creation, designing blended and online programs as well as support hubs for change and transformation programs.
