A dynamic, 2 day workshop designed for those stepping into a leadership/people management role for the first time.

Develop confidence by establishing the building blocks for successfully leading a team, managing individual performance, communicating effectively, and varying leadership approach to meet the needs of team members.

Participants explore themes around self-awareness and impact, personal brand, leading high performance teams, managing stakeholder relationships, coaching others and resiliency. The workshop features several tools including the expanded DISC report by TTI Success Insights and the Learning Styles Inventory.

Stepping up to Lead is offered up to four times each year, and usually fills quickly. Participants are drawn from across Australia, from various industries. Those attending gain access to an on-line portal, containing a raft of leadership resources that may be accessed post program.
