A dynamic, 2 day workshop designed for those stepping into a leadership/people management role for the first time.
Develop confidence by establishing the building blocks for successfully leading a team, understanding impact, managing and influencing stakeholders, and varying leadership approach to meet the needs of team members. Participants will also gain insight into their own learning styles and how to effectively coach others. The workshop also features a one hour session on mindfulness and meditation, with a follow-on, post workshop opportunity to undertake a Resiliency Profile.
Participants explore themes around self-awareness and impact, personal brand, team performance, managing stakeholder relationships, coaching others and resiliency. The workshop features several tools including the expanded DISC report by TTI Success Insights and the Learning Styles Inventory.
